The museum of Pasta

A museum entirely dedicated to all kind of pasta is located in Rome, and more precisely in Scanderberg Palace, which overlooks the small square with the same name at the foot of Quirinale, just a few steps away from Trevi Fountain. Such collection was started in the 50s by Vincenzo Agnesi , a master in the art of pasta as well as a businessman in the same trade. Presently, a rich legacy of equipment, documents, curiosities are accurately displayed in the showrooms of the museum as in a real laboratory of culture.
